Can I visit your office?

You can definitely visit our office with a prior approval. We are a digital agency and 24×7 we are busy in making products and helping our clients. Its very difficult to setup an unscheduled meeting. In case you want to visit our physical office, do contact us before through email or phone.

Can you give me a free project consultancy before I start my next project with Bizspice?

Yes. Please fill the contact us form before setting up an online meeting with you. Once the form is filled, we will schedule an online meeting and discuss more about your project and suggest you the best solution which will fit to your project goals and budget requirements.

Can I talk to some developers before I start my SaaS product development?

Where are your staff located?

Our staff are located in-house and remote. We have 50+ staff working from 15 different countries out of which some are working from our physical office locations. All our staff on our payroll with a full time working status.

Do you charge extra for outside business hours support and emergency support?

It totally depends on the situation. If there is some kind of failure in the hardware or infrastructure or a database crash etc, we consider this on top of the top priority and skip our honeymoon to keep your business running. We definitely charge a bit for this, however, in many other cases, the emergency support is also the part of the service you are enrolled with.

How long it takes to develop a project with Bizspice?

Sometimes it takes a million year if we don’t know the project details. However, in most of the cases we find it very easy to determine the timeline of any project whether it is big or small. Some small projects take less than 6 months while some big projects takes a year or two to complete develop.

Will there be a proper communication once the project is started?

There always be a proper communication. As one of our esteemed client, you will get the email, phone and emergency meeting access while biweekly or monthly reporting, project scrum meeting, sprint and deployment communication will be the part of the project.
